Rachel McCrickard is the CEO and Co-Founder of Motivo. She is a well-known name in the mental health care industry. She is an MA graduate from Azusa Pacific University in Clinical Psychology. Rachel is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who spent the initial years of her career in offering therapy to homeless people in Los Angeles. Her empathy towards mental health patients drew her to foray in this domain.

Rachel founded Motivo in the year 2018 when she observed the need for a better way to solve mental health challenges. Motivo provides virtual clinical supervision to the concerned people which is not only helpful but also time saving.
