The company is backed by some leading investors including Khosla ventures, TIME ventures, GV and AIX ventures. Based in California’s Menlo Park. Making use of advanced algorithms and machine learning, the platform simplifies the hiring process by automating the search, screening, and communication with the candidates.

In addition to being the founder, Nancy Xu is also a general partner at Xu Ventures for the last 5 years. Besides, she was also a Lecturer for AI PhD Student at Stanford University. Nancy is also a certified Accel Leadership Fellow. In between 2019 to 2021, she was an investor (Magnetic Fund) at Index Ventures.
