Theia was established by Flavia Deutsch Gotfryd, where she serves as the Founder and CEO. She founded the firm in the year 2019. The startup specialises in pregnancy care, women's health, gynecology, obstetrics, and humanized childbirth while catering in the Hospitals and Health Care industry. In addition, Theia is the first custom-built O2O health service in the world which is built by mothers, specifically for mothers.

Flavia has been in the startup space for over half-a-decade. She was working with Access - Cards and Payment Solutions as Director of Sales, Marketing and Product for six years. Her work experience also includes Stanford Graduate School of Business, IG Expansion, Plastic Jungle and Citibank.
