Daniela Amode co-founded Anthropic along with her partner Dario Amodei in the year 2021. Being an AI safety and research company, it has raised total funding of $11.8 Billion in 2024. The company caters in the Research Services industry that builds reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems, having their first product as an AI assistant entitled ‘Claude’, specific for tasks at any scale.

In addition, Daniela is also the president of Anthropic. Prior to founding her organisation, she was working with OpenAI for more than 2 years as VP of Safety and Policy. In addition, she has also worked with Stripe for over 5 years, occupying numerous positions and at U.S. House of Representatives for 5 months in Scheduling and Communications.
