Kristen Fortney co-founded BioAge Labs over 9 years ago, in 2015 where she also occupies the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company. It has raised $170 million Series D in 2024, having a total of $294 million till date. In addition, BioAge Labs is a clinical-stage biotechnology company that caters in the Biotechnology Research industry with headquarters in California, having specialities in aging, longevity, and biotechnology. The company targets to harness the human biology’s aging with an intent towards developing novel targets along with therapies for metabolic diseases.
