Global Women Leaders believe AI was Big in 2024 & Trend to Continue in 2025

As 2024 draws to a close we ask women leaders from across the globe to outline how their industries evolved in 2024 and their outlook for 2025. A resounding majority talk!

The rise of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has been one of the most discussed technologies of 2024. Today, AI has become omnipresent, regardless of which sector or industry it is. Numerous businesses have implemented AI into their workforce, intending to improve efficiencies. Amongst all, GenAI or Generative AI has been the most impactful.

In 2023, Forbes stated that more than 50% of business owners make use of AI for cybersecurity and fraud management. In addition, companies have adopted AI for their customer services such as chatbots and conversational AIs. Some of the other uses of AI that has been implemented by business owners are customer relationship management i.e., 46%, digital personal assistants with 47%, inventory management 40% and content production 35%, according to Forbes.

It has been projected that AI shall contribute $15.7 trillion to the global economy by the year 2025.

Women leaders from across the globe agree. To commemorate another successful year in business globally, we spoke to women leaders from varied geographies and industries about their perspective on the biggest evolution that 2024 brought about. A resounding majority have highlighted AI and its impact on their respective sectors.
