Amanda Arria, Progress

Recently, Amanda Arria joined Progress as Chief People Officer (CPO). She is a seasoned leader with experience in leading and partnering with corporate boards across global businesses. She is also an experienced HR leader. Besides being a leader, she is the Founder of Women in Energy which is a global women’s forum of more than 5,250 women in the energy and technology industry. In the year 2022, Amanda joined EFI as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), leaving the company in 2024. Her career experience includes Schneider Electric where she worked for 7 long years.
