Can we all "have it all"?

Anne-Marie Slaughter, a public policy thinker delivers her TED Talk where she threw light on work and family. Anne was also the 1^st ever female to serve as the director of Policy Planning for the US Department of State. Throughout the session, she covers topics that stresses over the conflict women go through between their workplace and family. She shares her experience about choosing family over career while reconsidering gender equality.

Anne wishes the society to understand women and assist them when it comes to playing roles in personal and professional life. She mentioned few points that includes humanist shift in addition to blending self-interest while caring for others. Despite witnessing bias and challenges, she still expects the society to become a gender inclusive one, someday.
