New data on the rise of women

With an emphasis on the paradigm shift in the society, Hanna Rosin enlightens the audience in a TED Talk session. Hanna is a journalist by profession and a co-founder of women’s site DoubleX. Hanna expresses her field of vision on the rise of women in male-dominated sectors. As per her discussion, women are getting better opportunities nowadays because of their resilience and adaptability.

Nowadays, women are taking over men in almost every field such as medicine, law, banking, and accounting etc. Hanna mentions about the change in societal perceptions as well. She exclaims that the society is also perceiving the need of women and changing the norms accordingly. Besides women, she underlines the challenges that are faced by men too.
